You can change the appearance of blog entries or post links in your stories using some simple code.

Links

Post links to your sources and additional materials.
Using some simple code, you can add links to other websites related to your story. (It's always good to include links to your sources.) This example makes a link:
I found this <a href="http://www.example.com">cool website</a> you should check it out.
Play around with the formula a bit so you can see how it works.

Text styling

To create boldface type, just type hey <strong>this is bold</strong>

To create italics, just type hey <em>this is italics</em>

To make a list with bullets, just type

<ul>
<li>one thing</li>
<li>another thing</li>
<li>and another thing</li>
</ul>

To make a list with numbers:

<ol>
<li>first thing</li>
<li>second thing</li>
<li>and third thing</li>
</ol>

You can use the blockquote command to highlight words that are not your own, whether quotes from people or other written sources.

To create a blockquote that looks like this:

"Fourscore and seven years ago, our forefathers brought forth upon this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal."

Just type:

<blockquote>
"Fourscore and seven years ago, our forefathers brought forth upon this continent a new
nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created
equal."
</blockquote>
