Liquid nitrogen poured into swimming pool

I don't know what scientific value this has but I thought it was kind of (pardon the pun) cool to watch.

It's pretty brave of that dude to dive into the pool with the liquid nitrogen on top. When they do the Cryogenics demonstrations here at the museum, which also uses liquid nitrogen, they take extraprecautions to keep the chilly fluids away from human contact.

I think the dude was actually a dudette.The nitrogen probably boiled away fairly quickly after hitting the pool's warm water. And she waited for the fluid fog to spread out for a few moments before jumping in. Nonetheless, I agree that it may have been a dumb move on her part. I doubt she was aware of the risk of instant severe frostbite that liquid nitrogen can cause. I wouldn't have done it.
